Hi, I’m Lexy, the baker behind Morning Mercies Bakehouse. This business was born from faith, family, and a dream I didn’t want to give up on. As a mom to a toddler and a teenager, baking from home allows me to stay present for my family while continuing to grow the dream God placed on my heart.
Before Morning Mercies Bakehouse, I studied Restaurant and Culinary Arts Management and learned that food is more than a recipe: it’s comfort, care, and connection. Now I get to bring that into my own kitchen through small-batch bakes made with love for my community.
